We are trying to show our clients that we are able to be in your plant ASAP, for assisting downtime issues and loss of PRODUCTION. Having our own tools for trouble-shooting like;

having these tools will be able to give us a complete picture of where we are and how things can be made in order to fully understand Plant Issues and be able to find the root cause of the problem.

We provide several long-term customer support packages, including technical and application support and extended hardware warranties depends on your hardware status and can give a complete Audit for the PLANT; when it comes to LIFE HEALTH in order to be aware of changeover or replacement planning.

Software Maintenance/Tech Support Contract


  • Technical support, via our email, for all software provided related for one year. Call as often as you like to get your questions answered without extra cost. We provide technical support between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM SUN to THU.

  • All major updates of software are covered for one year. Automatically, you will receive all via our software team, as they become available. While ASM, fully intends to provide at least one major software upgrade and periodic enhancements each year, the timing of these releases cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances inherent to software development and the complexity of the various enhancements.

  • Email notification of new updates for software and drivers, new maps and products. New software revisions are available via download on given Internet site for better download options.

We can also provide more than one year hardware warranty as per client needs and the same lies for software too. The idea is to let the client focus on PRODUCTION & leave the rest for us.
